2. Description of Service

ImageBun provides online image format conversion and optimization services. The Service allows users to upload images and convert them to various formats including WebP, AVIF, PNG, and JPG.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload images you have the right to use and modify
• Not use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Not upload malicious files or content

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any images you upload. ImageBun does not claim ownership over your content. We process images only temporarily and do not store them permanently unless you explicitly use our storage features.

5. Service Limits

Free users are subject to hourly conversion limits and file size restrictions. Pro subscribers receive increased or unlimited usage. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

6. Payment Terms

Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability

ImageBun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
